Provide leadership to wildlife biologists and wetland scientists and help to mentor, train, and guide junior and mid-level staff. Provide senior-level expertise and technical guidance on complex projects involving Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, federal and state laws, and agency consultations. Prepare proposals and support marketing efforts for energy, water, or infrastructure clients.
